The Lady Bobcats lost to a very experienced RPI team on Saturday by a score of 67-4 but the score does not tell the whole story. The girls really played well defensively, we started out in a 2-3 zone and exhibited our 1-2-2 defense for the first time this season. As you can see, we held the team to 33 % shooting, played hard and gained valuable experience. We took 36 shots and I expect the shooting percentage to climb quickly over the next few games.
The Lady Bobcats return to action January 16th at the College of Saint Joseph's for the start of conference play.
