The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) has announced that freshman Liz Havelin (Seneca Falls/Mynderse Academy) is the co-Runner of the Week for her 10th place finish at the hilly Southern Vermont College Invitational. Liz has been leading this year's women's team with several top finishes. The Paul Smith's College Cross Country team is traveling to Cazenovia this coming weekend for their invitational.
