Senior Jeff Moore Leads Bobcats to Victory in Season Finale —

The men's basketball team ended their season win a solid victory against Word of Life 75-43. The Bobcats stormed out to a 43-9 halftime lead and held on to finish the season with a 6-17 record. The win total has increased each of the past 3 seasons. The Bobcats were involved in some close games toward the end of the season that although they did not win provided some valuable experience heading into next season. A total of 8 out of the 12 roster players are in their first season of competition at the collegiate level. The Bobcats will only be losing one player from this years team but that one player leaves some big shoes to fill.

Senior Jeff Moore played in his 100th consecutive and final game as a member of the Paul Smith's College men's basketball team on Monday. Throughout his career Jeff totaled 502 points, 517 rebounds, 112 assists, 46 blocked shots and 83 steals during his incredible streak of durability. He was a starter in 88 of his 100 games played. In his final game he was as consistent as he was during his career scoring 5 points to go with 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks and 1 steal. A leader both on and off the court with a current GPA of 3.87, he will graduate in May and was recently nominated as a USCAA Academic All-American. Congratulations to Jeff on a brilliant career and thank you for your 4 years of dedication.
