Deb is the Coordinator for Career Support at Paul Smith’s College. She holds a Master of Science in College and Agency Counseling with a focus in Student Affairs Professional Practice. With over 11 years of higher education experience in the career services field, Deb provides primary management for our Career & Writing Lab in the Center for Academic & Career Success. This includes providing individual career counseling to students, the facilitation of small group and classroom workshops, the outreach and support to faculty, administration, employers and alumni, the maintenance of our Career Services Database, and the coordination of 2 annual career fair events. Deb is a member of the National Career Development Association, Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers, and the Empire State Career & Placement Exchange.
