Dinner at The Ganzi (Tuesdays)

Three-Course Meal
Class 2:00pm – 5:00pm / Dinner 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Take part in a lively hands-on experience at The Ganzi, our exceptional on-campus restaurant. You’ll practice new techniques with expert instruction in the college’s restaurant kitchen, then share the results with the chef and your classmates to create a delicious meal. Limited to 8 participants per class.

Roll up your sleeves for an in-depth food exploration event. You’ll discover new recipes, practice a wide range of skills, and explore the cultural side of the culinary arts.

Cocktails & Mixology

Friday, August 10
5:00pm – 7:00pm

Learn the craft of mixology in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Perfect for bartenders who want to expand their repertoire or casual enthusiasts who simply enjoy discovering new flavors to try. All skill levels are welcome. Cheers, Salud, Santé, Skål!
