She is responsible for maintaining all buildings & grounds to support Paul Smith's educational mission. Budget management, staff development, maintenance planning, regulatory compliance and customer service are some of her key responsibilities. |

| Conference and Events Services |
 |
Shirley Kotecki
Conference and Events Sales Manager - Shirley has come to us with over twenty years of conference and events experience and will be our first point of contact for all external sales and events. Shirley will also be leading the charge to building new sales and expanding our Conference and Events services to new groups and clientele.

Beverly Farley
Beverly has been employed here at the college for the last four years and was previously our Custodial Staff Manager. Her new role as Conference and Events Operations Manager will allow her to be the liaison between the Conference and Events group, the client, and all other departments involved in hosting an event on sight such as Campus Safety, Information Technology and Catering.

Barry comes to us with extensive experience with Electrical, HVAC and general construction. |

Jim has a variety of experience and is willing to help with any problems that need to be fixed. |

Joey has numerous years of experience with replacing glass and repairing screens. |
| Custodial and Housekeeping Trades: |

Penny Dufrane
Penny is currently our Evening Shift Custodial Supervisor. She is a returning employee of the college who is an essential part of our evening custodial crew. She has been a fantastic worker, helping to handle all of our academic buildings. |

Steve Martin
Steve has been working for Paul Smith's for over 12 years now and primarily takes care of Upper and Lower St. Regis, Alumni, Hillside, and also collects garbage from all buildings on campus. |
 |
Jeff Moore
Jeff has been with us since 2008, He can be seen clenaing Lakeside, Saranack Lake, Campus Safety, and the VIC. He also helps out with our Water and Sewer duties on the weekend. |

Jamilyn Gardner
Jamylin has been with us since 2009, she is always very busy keeping the Student Center in great condition. |

Shelly Poquette
Shelly has been with us since 2009, and strives to keep her buildings in excellent condition. She is assigned to Currier, and Overlook. |

Sandy VanDeusen
Sandy has been with us since 2010, she can be seen cleaning LMS and Lakeside. |

Tim McBurnie
Tim has been working with us since 2008. You'll find Tim smiling through out his work day no matter what challenges he may be facing in Blum, Clinton, Essex, Franklin, and Lambert. |

Jacob Quinn
Jake, has been with us since 2011, he can be seen cleaning Saratoga. |

Mallory Jacques
Mallory is in Livermore and Overlook. She has been working with us since 2011. She is very cheery and willing to help.

Evan Lenney
Evan has been with us since 2011, he has taken on our PM program for all of our equipement on campus.

Alex has been working with us since 2011, he is currently assigned to Buxton and Saunders. |

Krista Lucas
Krista joined our staff over the summer, and has moved into a full time position in the Library. |

Aziza Provost
Aziza is new to our department, but comes to us with 3 years of previous cleaning experience. She is responsible for the Adminisration building as well as Sporck, and Paolozzi. |

Scott Brown
Scott has been an excellent addition to our night crew, while being a great cleaner he also provides much needed comic releif! He is responsible for cantwell, but also helps with Pickett, Cantwell and Facilities. |

Avery White
Avery has been with us since 2011, she is an instrumental part of our evening crew. She is primarly responsible for Freer, but also helps out with Cantwell and Pickett. |
| Water and Sewer: |
 |
Luke Saumier
Many students here at Paul Smith's do not realize that the campus receives all of it's water from two main wells at the north end of campus. We then treat the water and store it in our water tower where it then gets distributed across campus. After it is used it all ends up in our campus run and managed septic system up on the hill by the back entrance to campus. This entire process is managed and cared for by Luke who is a certified water and septic operator. |

Jesse Sherman
Jesse has been working here at the college for twelve years and is our grounds supervisor. He is Capable of running every piece of machinery we currently have on campus and is instrumental to our successful grounds management program. |

Mike Newtown
Mike has been with the college for over 15 years and knows the ins and outs of campus better than most. His wealth of building infrastructure knowledge is indispensable. Mike is working on our grounds crew to beautify and maintain our campus. |
 |
Craig Bagnato
Craig began working with us to aid in the snow removal process during some of our more blustery weather conditions however his efforts and attitude made him indispensable throughout the year. |
| Shipping and Receiving and Transportation: |

Mike Reardon
If you are going to be receiving a package on campus, this is who you will need to see to pick it up from. Come down to the Facilities Building and you will find Mike in the Shipping and Receiving bay. Mike has been working with the college for twelve years and is currently in charge of two daily town runs for medical supplies and facilities supplies. Mike is also in charge of handling the interdepartmental mail and managing the fleet of campus vehicles. All shuttle vans are carefully managed and scheduled through Mike. |
