The St. Regis Café
The St. Regis Café is a student- and faculty-operated training restaurant located in the Joan Weill Student Center. At the café, second-year students majoring in hospitality management and culinary arts practice a la carte restaurant skills, preparing and serving lunch and dinner with an emphasis on classic culinary techniques and American service.
Come enjoy top-notch cuisine prepared by tomorrow's hot chefs while enjoying a stunning view of Lower St. Regis Lake.
Serving Tuesday through Friday
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5-8 p.m.
The public is welcome. Reservations are kindly requested, in order to ensure an appropriate learning environment.
