The St. Regis Café

The St. Regis Café is a student and faculty operated training restaurant located in the Joan Weill Student Center, where first and second year students majoring in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts practice a la carte restaurant skills while preparing and serving lunch and dinner with an emphasis on classic culinary techniques and American service.

Reservations are required in order to ensure an appropriate learning environment.
