BAKING & PASTRY ARTS - Certificate in Baking - 1 Year
In a real-life bakery environment that produces quality products for an on-campus outlet, you will learn how to make a complete line of baked foods, from yeast breads, cakes and cookies to muffins, tortes and fine pastries. You will develop the skills necessary to market the product and manage for profit.
You will also have a number of practical experiences along the way, giving you the opportunity for real-world application of all these newly acquired skills while continuing to learn on the worksite.
