Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP)

The Higher Education Opportunity Program at Paul Smith's College provides financial aid and academic support services to financially disadvantaged and academically under-prepared students who are New York State residents.

Students accepted into HEOP are offered financial assistance based on individual need. All prospective students must complete and submit FAFSA and TAP applications prior to May 1st. Once a student's need is established, the Financial Aid Office will develop an aid package combining state, federal, and institutional grants and loans. HEOP students receive full need packages.
