Exit Interview
Exit interviews are conducted when students leave Paul Smith's College at the conclusion of the semester with the intention of transferring to another institution, taking time away from their studies, or going into the job market. An exit interview is not the same as a student withdrawal; exit interviews do not take place if a student leaves Paul Smith's College for academic, personal, or medical reasons during the semester.
Exit interviews are conducted for the sole purpose of gathering information about each student's experience at Paul Smith's College. The interviews take approximately ten minutes in length and can be completed by any member of the Academic Success Center staff. The interview responses are kept confidential and are only used as a means to improve services at Paul Smith's College.
