| Description | Requirements:
1. A student must be eligible for the program as determined by the Financial Aid Office.
2. Student employees must report to the work site prepared to work. This means dressed appropriately for the position.
3. Maintain a professional manner on the work site. Priorities must be safety, maintenance and education.
Description: Fix and maintain boats for various uses.
Relevant Skills: Applicant should have a working knowledge of, and commitment to, the mission and values of Paul Smith’s College and the Athletic and Recreation departments. Applicant should be outgoing and friendly and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Be organized with good attention to detail. Have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of students, parents, administrators and staff. Demonstrate responsibility and willingness to assist others. Ability to work with a variety of boats (Kevlar, Carbon fiber, Plastic, etc) and working knowledge of how to perform repairs is required.
