Reasonable Accommodations A reasonable accommodation must first and foremost be based on documented individual student need. Accommodations are provided in specific
contexts (i.e., courses). A reasonable accommodation is listed on the signed
Faculty Notification Form and is corroborated by appropriate
documentation that is forwarded by the student to the Center for Accommodative Services.
