How do I apply for HEOP?

In addition to the admission requirements for Paul Smith's College, applicants for HEOP must complete and submit the following:

1. An HEOP application
2. Two letters of recommendation from teachers, guidance counselors, or employers
3. A campus visit and an interview with HEOP personnel
4. A Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
5. Verification of 2007 household income such as a copy of the parents' (signed) federal income tax return, social security, or public assistance documentation
6. An essay describing how you felt growing up in your family, community, and school, including both positive and negative experiences as well as people you care about in life, and your future expectations
