Am I eligible for HEOP? In addition to demonstrating the potential and
motivation for the successful completion of a
college degree, all prospective HEOP applicants
must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
- Reside in New York State and hold a high
school diploma or equivalent.
- Meet the academic requirements for HEOP set by Paul Smith's College.
(Ask us for details.)
- If transferring, be previously enrolled in an approved opportunity program.
- Meet the income guidelines established by the N.Y.S.
Education Department, for students entering Paul Smith's after July 1, 2011.
