Emergencies

If an emergency occurs during business hours, call the Counseling Center (327-6340). Regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday when the College is in session.

Emergency Appointment Times Available - Emergency appointments are brief evaluative sessions wherein you are provided with options for treatment and/or other action(s) available to you - and which are relevant to your immediate needs. After the appointment, you may be given a referral to a therapist off-campus or a follow-up appointment at the Counseling Center.

For emergencies in the evenings or on weekends, or if you are unable to reach someone at the Center, contact the Residence Life staff, or Campus Safety 327-6300. They will discuss with you the options for getting assistance.. You can also always go to the Adirondack Medical Center Emergency Room.
