SSS Staff - Rachel Seymour

I am very excited to be working with TRiO students as the Academic Skills Coordinator and supporting them throughout their Paul Smith's journey. Some of the areas I am here to provide support with include: financial literacy, study skills, time management, goal setting, writing support, advising, and more. I earned my B.S. degree in Finance from Siena College and my M.S. in College and Agency Counseling with a specialization in Student Affairs Professional Practice from SUNY Plattsburgh. I love living in the Adirondacks and all it has to offer such as hiking, skiing, and the endless beautiful views and scenery of the mountains and lakes.
