-The IT office staffs a help desk in room 112 of the library.
For any account problems including locked accounts or forgotten passwords.
Bring a photo ID. Passwords will not be given via email or phone.
To report issues with classrooms, email, etc.
For problems with network connections or phones in the residence halls.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer support for student personal computers. For issues with non-campus computers please contact vendor support.
