Owns 14,000 acres in the heart of the Adirondacks – and we put our surroundings to good use in our recreational programs here. Whether hiking, camping, skiing, snowshoeing or more, you can find something to do in all four seasons. A dance and movement studio, swimming pool, well-equipped fitness center, and multiple gyms are also available to students and community members. If you want to stay active, chances are we offer a program perfect for you.

D60 with Diane Litynski: Tuesday & Friday 12:30PM – 1:30 PM
Yoga with Lenore Marcuson: Monday & Wednesday : 7PM – 8PM
Line Dancing with Rebecca Romeo: Monday & Wednesday 5:30PM – 7:00PM
Aquarobics with Deb Fox : Tuesday & Friday 4:30PM – 5:30PM
