Paul Smith’s College has a beautiful Challenge Course set among the pines, overlooking Lower St. Regis Lake. Come play amongst the trees in our 40 foot high ropes course, or utilize our low ropes course.
Our course is perfect for staff orientations, birthday parties, or corporate retreats. Our affordable rates, with special discounts for local non-profit organizations, make this experience available to everyone.
Mission Statement: By combining high and low elements, the facilitators/staff will provide participants with a safe, fun, unique and innovative opportunity to promote group and personal growth, team building as well as communication and trust. Our Challenge Course was built in 1996 and includes a Zip Line, Giants Swing, and Flying Squirrel!
Challenge Course is open seasonally from May to October, sessions run from 9am to 4pm, 7 days a week. Please contact us at least two weeks ahead of time to schedule a session. Half day and full day low and high ropes programs are available with low and high ropes challenges.
Our Challenge Course Manager will work with you to identify your groups goals and objectives and help design a program that is tailored to your group’s needs and will ensure success.

Frequently Asked Questions:
What do I need? Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in and close-toed shoes. The course is outside so consider bringing water, rain jacket, and extra layers depending on the weather.
What if it rains? We have an alternate program and indoor rain location in case of inclement weather.
Is this program safe? We are very proud of our training level and safety record. Our course is inspected annually by High Five Adventure Learning Center and our senior staff are Certified through High Five as well. www.high5adventure.org
Are helmets required? We will provide helmets, harnesses, and all other gear to participants as needed.
