Experience fine dining with up-and-coming culinary talents – right on campus at Paul Smith’s College. The public is welcome at our two student-operated restaurants, the St. Regis Café and the Palm at Paul Smith’s College. Reservations required.

Enjoy steaks, seafood and other classic fare prepared and served by students from our culinary and hospitality programs. Our menu is inspired by the famed Palm Restaurants chain of steak houses, co-owned by our own Wally Ganzi ’63. Open Friday and Saturday nights during the summer.
