Housing
It's not just a place to stay! Our residence hall students play a major role in the shaping of our community here at
Paul Smith's. Residents here are encouraged to take a sense of pride and ownership in their new home.
The residence halls are managed by the Office of Residence Life, under the Department of Campus Life. We have a variety of
Professional and Para Professionals staff residing within our halls to provide for the safety and comfort levels of our students.
In addition to full-time staff, we offer a variety of student leadership positions to encourage growth in our community.
Each hall is supervised by a Resident Hall Director or Head Within our program, we have 32 Resident Assistants (RAs) which
reside on each floor to help provide programming, advice, and support to our students as well. The student staff is an
invaluable resource to our Residence Life program here at Paul Smith's College.
Our office provides a variety of activities, both fun and educational within our halls throughout the year. At Paul Smith's,
we believe that education is not limited to the classroom. Students are encouraged to participate in activities, clubs, sports,
and student-run organizations to expand and enhance the multitude of learning which is Paul Smith's College.
