FAQs Q. What happens if I get locked out of my room? A. Contact Campus Safety at ext 6300
Q. How do I go about changing rooms, is it even possible? A. After room freezes are over at the beginning of each semester, it is absolutely possible. See the Student Affairs Office Manager for approval and information.
Q. If I get a judicial summons, what do I do next? A. Bring it to the Office of Student Affairs, where you will set up an appointment with the judicial officer.
Q. If I have a maintenance concern, who do I tell? A. You can tell your AC, your RA, or come directly to the Student Affairs Office Manager, and she will send it in for you. If it does not get fixed, please come back and report it again.
Q. What if I loose my keys? A. Again, the Student Affairs Office Manager can solve the problem. Your student account will be billed, and you will be given a new set of keys.
Q. If I have a package, but I have class during mailroom hours, is there any way I can still get my package? A. Of course, see Teresa and she can get the package for you.
Q. I was expecting a package, but it never showed up? A. Certainly report it to the Student Affairs office Manager, but know that she cannot find mail if it has been lost. There is a form you can fill out at the Post Office to report missing mail. It does help if the mail is addressed properly.
