The St. Regis Cafe is a student- and faculty-operated training restaurant, where second-year students majoring in culinary arts and first-year students entering the hospitality management program receive training in dining room service. With an emphasis on classic culinary techniques and American service, our menus and cooking techniques are designed to reinforce and evaluate the student’s fundamental skills developed during the first two semesters at Paul Smith’s College. Menu development is focused upon sustainability and local products.

Prix Fixe Lunch Menu Thursday, June 11th through Friday, August 7th
Farm to Table Five Course Dinner Wednesday Evenings June 17th through August 5th
Lunch: Tuesday-Friday. Seatings at 11:30 a.m., 12:00 and 12:30 p.m.
Dinner: Wednesday. One Seating. Cocktails available at 6:15 p.m., Dinner served at 6:30 p.m.
Closed the following dates during Summer 2015 Semester:
