The St. Regis Cafe
Spring 2015 Serving February 2nd through May 1st
The St. Regis Cafe is a student- and faculty-operated training restaurant, where second-year students majoring in culinary arts and first-year students entering the hospitality management program receive training in dining room service. With an emphasis on classic culinary techniques and American service, our menus and cooking techniques are designed to reinforce and evaluate the student’s fundamental skills developed during the first two semesters at Paul Smith’s College.
Spring 2015 Schedule
Serving Monday, February 2nd through Friday, May 1st
Lunch: Monday-Friday. Seatings at 11:30 a.m., 12:00 and 12:30 p.m.
Dinner: Wednesday. Seatings at 5:30, 6 and 6:30 p.m.
Closed the following dates during Spring 2015 Semester:
March 16th- 20th Mid-Semester Recess - No Classes
April 22rd - Green Apple Community Service Day - No Classes
