The St. Regis Cafe

Serving September 16th - December 4th  (Fall 2015)

The St. Regis Cafe is a student- and faculty-operated training restaurant, where second-year students majoring in culinary arts and first-year students entering the hospitality management program receive training in restaurant service.  With an emphasis on classic culinary techniques and American service, our menus and cooking techniques are designed to reinforce and assess the student’s fundamental skills developed during the first two semesters at Paul Smith’s College.  Menu development is focused upon sustainability and local products.

Prix Fixe Lunch - Beginning September 16th

Wednesday-Friday seatings at 11:30am, 12:00pm and 12:30pm 

Farm-to-Table Dinner - Beginning September 22nd

Tuesday evenings 

6:15pm Cocktails Available

6:30pm Five-course dinner served family-style 

Closed Mondays

Reservations are required

Closed the following dates during Fall 2015 Semester:

Monday, October 12th - No Classes Columbus Day Holiday

November 23-27, Thanksgiving Recess
