The St. Regis Cafe
Now open for the spring semester!
The St. Regis Cafe is a student- and faculty-operated training restaurant, where second-year students majoring in culinary arts and first-year students entering the hospitality management program receive training in dining room service. With an emphasis on classic culinary techniques and American service, our menus and cooking techniques are designed to reinforce and evaluate the student’s fundamental skills developed during the first two semesters at Paul Smith’s College.

Serving Monday, Feb. 3 - Friday, May 2
Lunch: Monday-Friday. Seatings at 11:30 a.m., noon and 12:30 p.m.
Dinner: Wednesday. Seatings at 5:30, 6 and 6:30 p.m.
