Serving Lunch Monday through Friday

The St. Regis Café is a student- and faculty-operated training restaurant, where second-year students majoring in culinary arts and first-year students entering the hospitality management program receive training in restaurant service. With an emphasis on classic culinary techniques and American service, our menus and cooking techniques are designed to reinforce and assess the student’s fundamental skills developed during the first two semesters at Paul Smith’s College. Menu development is focused upon sustainability and local products.

Please note: The St. Regis Café will be closed March 13 – 17 for mid-semester break

DIRECTIONS & INFORMATION

The St. Regis Café is located on the campus of Paul Smith’s College at the intersection of Routes 30 and 86 in Paul Smiths, NY. Upon entering campus, turn left at the stop sign and follow signs to visitor parking. We are in the Joan Weill Student Center on the shoreline of Lower St. Regis Lake. Enter on the main floor and head straight back toward the waterfront – you’ll see the door to your right. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash and local checks are accepted.
