Alternative Transportation at PSC
|
Paul Smith's College may be 12 miles from town, but don’t panic if you don’t have a car, there is public transportation here in the Adirondacks!
Whether you need to get to town or venture outside the blue line, there are options for saving gas and money while cutting down on your carbon
footprint.

On Campus
On campus we’ve got bike racks at LMS, Overlook, Livermore and Hillside.
Take advantage of the warmer weather and save yourself some gas by biking around instead of taking your car. A bonus factor of biking around is there’s no need to hunt for a parking spot!
Have you got room to share a ride when you do use your car? Don’t forget to check the ride share board downstairs in the Student Center to see if there’s anyone else going your way!

Public Transportation
Some things to keep in mind when using public transportation: have exact change for your ride, arrive to the bus stop early and confirm your destination with the bus driver. These routes do connect so you can transfer from one line to another if needed.
If you have any questions or need to be picked up in a location not listed on the bus route, give the appropriate call center a ring and arrange for a special pick up.
