As the dark settles
She remains with the rise, with every passing moment, its coming
Rest your head, shut your eyes, be still.
It’s doesn’t happen
Flutters, jumps, turns and spins.
The rise is to come.
Rest your head, shut your eyes, be still
Slow now, in and out, yin with yang

The rise is coming
She remains with the dust,
Heads at rest, eyes (and) shut, stillness is here.

I’m studying Arboriculture and Landscape Management. I live an hour north from Manhattan, and love it here in the ADKs. There’s so many new experiences on campus. It’s beautiful to find the limits of your discomfort and to find new perimeters of new comfort zones.
