Thanks for making our 2017 Great Adirondack Birding Celebration an amazing experience!
The GABC is a 3-day Adirondack birding festival held at the Paul Smith’s College VIC in Paul Smith’s, NY. Friday includes 2 options for day-long birding workshops across the Adirondack region. Saturday and Sunday mornings offer 5+ options of locations near the VIC for a full morning of birding. Saturday all day includes a family-friendly bird festival at the VIC, with an artisan market (birds-carvers Allen Aardsma and Mark Paul and local artists Anne Hughes and David Woodward)from 11 am to 4 pm,craft activities, naturalist programs, and our BIRDS! exhibit opening at 5:30pm, finishing with a presentation at 7:00 pm from Guest speaker Phillip Hoose, National Book Award winning author, musician, and conservationist. Keynote presentation is $10 admission, which helps the VIC cover the cost of our speaker.
