Farmers' market opening for season on Friday, June 12 - 2009-06-09

The Adirondack Farmers’ Market Cooperative returns to the Paul Smith’s College campus for its third season on Friday, June 12. The market will be held weekly on Fridays from 2-5 p.m. through the end of September.

Market visitors will be able to shop for locally grown fresh vegetables and fruits, plants, pastured-raised meats, baked goods, herbs, crafts and more. The market tents are located on the lawn in front of the Joan Weill Adirondack Library.

Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) checks are accepted by participating vendors, and tokens for use with food stamp EBT cards will be available at the information table.
