Empire State Games snowshoe competition Saturday - 2010-02-19

Paul Smith's College is hosting four Empire State Games snowshoe races on Saturday, Feb. 20.

The races will be held at the college's soccer field on Rt. 86, starting with the 1,500-meter race at 10 a.m.

Three sprint races - 100, 200 and 400 meters - will follow, starting at 11:30 a.m.

Two current students, Adam Randall and Jamieson Maher, will compete, along with several alumni.

Spectators are welcome. There is no admission fee.

Awards will be given following the races at the Saunders Sports Complex on campus.
