Delivered over the course of eight weeks, this immersive course introduces students to the foundational landscapes of eco-spirituality and regenerative leadership. Through a combination of one week of residency and seven weeks of online learning, participants explore how lived experience, relational awareness, and ethical attention can shape personal and collective leadership.
Grounded in both embodied practice and analytical reflection, the course emphasizes experience as a legitimate source of insight and ethical orientation. Students will develop a shared vocabulary, baseline practices, and relational grounding that will support deeper engagement in subsequent courses. Participants are not asked to believe any particular worldview, but to practice forms of attention that allow experience itself to teach. Course modules include:
- Immersive Residency
- Journaling as Practice
- Foundations of Ecospiritual Thought
- Embodied Awareness
- Systems & Regenerative Leadership
- Reciprocity & TEK (Non-Regional)
- Community Storytelling
Upon completion, participants will earn 3 credits that can be applied to either undergraduate or graduate degree programs. This is an excellent course for anyone actively working in or interested in medical, mental health, and wellness professions.
