High-elevation sparrows in the

Colorado Rocky Mountains

The primary objectives of this research are to elucidate the effects of ¬†elevation-based, environmental differences (e.g., habitat quality) with life-history characteristics and reproductive biology of high-elevation sparrows, primarily mountain white-crowned sparrows (Zonotrichia leucophrys oriantha; MWCS), but also Lincoln’s sparrow (Melospiza lincolnii).
