Cantwell Hall houses the college’s culinary and baking labs. It’s also the home of the A.P. Smith’s Bakery, a boutique retail outlet fully operated by the students themselves, and the Ganzi restaurant where locally-sourced foods are featured on the farm-to-table menu.
