Accommodations

All beds are singles twin-XL beds.

Linens are an additional charge. For $35.00 per person, our linen package includes sheets, one blanket, one pillow, wash cloth, hand towel and bath towel for each registered guest.

Beds are made up for your arrival but we do not provide daily housekeeping or linen service.

All rooms are equipped with high speed internet access; however, guests must provide their own ethernet cable and computer. Some buildings on campus offer wireless internet.

Complimentary laundry facilities are located in each building (detergent not provided).

Not all campus facilities are equipped to accommodate individuals with special needs. Paul Smith’s College reserves the right to assign persons needing special accommodations to appropriate facilities that may be separate from others utilized by the Organization. If notice is not provided by the appropriate deadline, PSC may not be able to accommodate requests for special accommodations.

Room Keys

If requested, keys will be distributed by a Conference Services representative. If the key(s) are not returned to Conference Services at time of check-out, it is assumed the key is lost and a $25.00 lost key charge, per key, will be applied to the master bill.

Parking

Guests may park in the designated parking lots throughout campus. A temporary parking permit is required per guest. Conference Services must be notified of the number of guests per group and permits will be distributed to the conference coordinator accordingly. All parking is complimentary.

Vehicles in non-designated parking areas may be towed at the discretion of Campus Safety. Vehicles are not permitted on pedestrian walk-ways.

Ample notice must be given for special requests (i.e. bus parking, disabled parking, etc.). Paul Smith’s College will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but cannot guarantee a designated area.

Campus Safety

The Office of Campus Safety is centrally located on campus, next to the U.S. Post Office. Officers are on duty 24 hours a day. Campus Safety can be contacted by dialing x6300 from a campus phone or (518) 327-6300 from a cell phone or off-campus.

U.S. Post Office

Paul Smith’s College has its own post office located centrally on campus. Hours are M-F, 8 a.m.-12 p.m.

Packbasket Bookstore

The bookstore is centrally located in the Student Center, lower level. From clothing and gifts to toothpaste and snacks, the Packbasket offers various amenities to make your stay on campus comfortable. Hours of operation »
