Overnight Accommodations

Tier 1

Currier Hall is a “traditional” corridor-style building. Rooms are shared by two people and are very spacious. Each wing has shared bathrooms by gender which have individual stall showers and toilets. Currier is located by the Alumni Basin, a large outdoor space great for relaxing in warm weather and sledding in winter.

Lydia Martin Smith (LMS) is a traditional-style building where two roommates live in a large room together and share a bathroom by gender with their wing. LMS boasts a two-story lounge that is great for relaxing with friends.

Lakeside Hall can accommodate 43 people. Rooms in this building are carpeted and each floor shares a common bathroom. A lounge with pool table and kitchen can be found on the first floor. This building also has complimentary laundry facilities (detergent not provided).

Tier 2

Alumni Hall boasts 10 quad-style rooms as well as a kitchen for general use.

Hillside Hall can accommodate approximately 50 people. Every two rooms are connected by a bathroom. A common kitchen, lounge and study area are also available for guests to use. The building also has complimentary laundry facilities (detergent not provided) and a lounge.

Essex Hall and Franklin Hall are located in the heart of campus and are close to the Student Center/Dining Hall. The buildings boast a small community feel with great lake views and a two floor lounge area. Each of these two story buildings has 18 double rooms (two single beds) and 1 single room. Each room has a private bath. Each building has a complimentary laundry room (detergent not provided), a living area with cable TV and a lounge on the second floor with a pool table.

Saratoga Hall is comprised of traditional corridor-style rooms and bathrooms. The building hosts mostly two-person rooms but also has a number of triple rooms, all of which are very large. Saratoga’s bathrooms are divided by gender and shared by the wing. Multiple gender inclusive bathrooms are present in Saratoga. Residents in “Toga” have ample parking, a spacious yard, and have a kitchen that was recently given new appliances. Saratoga also has classrooms on its lowest floor, which can easily make for additional meeting space.

Tier 3

Overlook Hall is our newest residence hall, Overlook opened in 2011 and has 24 apartment style suites – each with four private single bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen (does not include cookware, dishware or utensils) and a living area. Additional amenities include air conditioning, complimentary laundry facilities and cable television in the lobby of each building and a study lounge and smart classroom.

Lower Saint Regis and Upper Saint Regis Hall are two separate buildings but mirror each other with regards to rooms and amenities. They are also suite-style and feature a shared kitchen, dining room, and living room space for four. The bedrooms are single rooms with two people sharing private baths in the suite. These buildings boast comfortable central air and heat and large common area lounges. Guests of these halls enjoy a sense of community while also enjoying a more independent living option.

Tier 4

Blum House is located on the waterfront and offers beautiful views as well as 10 bedrooms with 18 single beds. A private bath is shared between two bedrooms. The house has complimentary laundry facilities (detergent not provided), a living room with cable TV and a kitchenette. This is definitely not your average college dormitory!

Lambert House is the first residence hall you will reach when you arrive on to campus. Your guests will enjoy sitting on the spacious front porch. This hall has seven bedrooms each with a private bath and three single beds. The house also has complimentary laundry facilities (detergent not provided) and a lounge.
