I have been drawn to art my entire life, but never had the opportunity for training. A little over a year ago I was given a gift of canvas, oil paints, and some brushes, and I summoned the courage to pick up a brush and apply some paint to canvas. It has been a journey and I learn as I go. I try to paint several times a week and have converted a spare bedroom in my home into a well-lit studio. It is truly my “happy place”…well, when I’m not in my office.

My title is “Housing and Student Conduct Administrator,” and I do all things housing related: assignment, moves, key control, and communication. The other big part of my job is Conduct Administrator, so I am responsible for hearing and deciding conduct cases. In my spare time I oversee the student mailroom.
