How to Pay Your Bill

Pay Online

We accept online payments with credit card or ACH. Please note that credit card payments will include a 3% surcharge, and ACH payments may take 5-7 business days to process.

Mail a Check

Checks should be made out to Paul Smith’s College and mailed to:

You can check your balance online using self-service. If you still have questions after checking your balance, or want a copy of your invoice, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
As of Spring 2026, we no longer accepts cash payments. All payments must be made by Check, ACH, Credit or Debit Card, or Wire Transfer.
Any bounced check payment will result in the denial of any further check payments for students. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, you will need to make all future payments by ACH, Card, or Wire Transfer.
Any returned payment plan payments may result in payment plan termination. At which point the student will either need to pay their balance in full, or secure a student loan to cover their outstanding balance.

July 3, 2026 – Fall semester bill sent out in mail and available to view on self service
July 3, 2026 – Payment plan open enrollment
August 1, 2026 – First Installment of payment plan due (if enrolled in plan)
August 3, 2026 – Fall 2026 bill is due
August 3, 2026 – Health Insurance Waiver deadline
September 1, 2026 – Second installment of payment plan due (if enrolled in plan)
September 4, 2026 – Last day to withdraw with 0% liability for the bill
September 11, 2026 – Last day to withdraw with 25% liability for the bill
September 25, 2026 – Last day to withdraw with 50% liability for the bill
October 1, 2026 – Third installment of payment plan due (if enrolled in plan)
October 2, 2026 – Last day to withdraw with 75% liabilities for the bill
October 3, 2026 – 100% liable for bill if withdraw on or after this date
November 2, 2026 – Fourth installment of payment plan due (if enrolled in plan)
December 1, 2026 – Last installment of payment plan due (if enrolled in plan)
