Annie Arnold is the Watershed Educator at the Paul Smith’s College Adirondack Watershed Institute. Her master’s thesis focused on arthropod community composition along the open to forested bog gradient in a boreal peatland complex in the Adirondack Park. She specializes in teaching students about wetland ecosystems, functions, and ecology, and in helping them become more familiar with insects and the critical role they play on Earth. Annie also visits schools, organizations, and public events to educate the public about watershed health and the issues facing our water bodies in the Adirondack Park and the Lake Champlain Basin.
