Rebecca Sutter, Paul Smith’s College Class of 1997, is an Adirondack transplant and professor of sustainability studies specializing in policy, environmental law, and water management. Her research interests include mangrove restoration and post-fire recovery of the Kirtland Warbler, reflecting her commitment to applied conservation. An avid outdoorsperson, Rebecca embraces the Adirondack lifestyle through marathon canoe racing, cycling, skiing, and any pursuit that keeps her outside and connected to the natural world.
