- Seatings at 11:30, 12:00, and 12:30
- Farm-to-table menu prepared by students in our Culinary AOS program
- 2 course lunch for $10
- 3 course lunch for $15
OCTOBER 28 – NOVEMBER 13, 2020
- Three weeks of special meals prepared by our Culinary Capstone students
- Themed menus include farm-to-table, nose-to-tail, and vegetarian
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, reservations are 100% required. Guests visiting from off-campus will be asked to provide their names and personal contact information to aid in contact tracing as needed. To make a reservation, please email Amy Coddington-Burnett or call the Ganzi at 518-327-6355.
