WHY PAUL SMITH’S?
START YOUR CAREER
9 out of 10 of Paul Smith’s College graduates are employed within two years of graduating. Our unique educational opportunities, partnerships with employers in the field, and alumni connections make our students stronger applicants when they enter the workforce.
You are nervous about being able to afford college – we hear you. That is why 98% of our students receive scholarships, grants, and other financial assistance. PSC awarded $10,000,000 in scholarships last year alone: it’s our investment in you. If accepted, you will receive a guaranteed $10,000 or greater Bobcat Scholarship per year.
A UNIQUE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
There are big advantages to attending a small school. At PSC, you own your education. In each of our degree programs, you will work closely with your professors and academic counselors to develop a personalized academic plan.
Only 41% of first-time full-time college students earn their degrees in four years. At PSC, eligible students who do not graduate within four years to complete their required coursework will have no additional tuition costs.
100% FACULTY TAUGHT
All of our classes are taught by faculty; No TA’s or grad students. Get to know your professors personally with small class sizes (14:1 student-faculty ratio) and a tight-knit community.
THE MOUNTAINS ARE YOUR CLASSROOM
Located in the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York, PSC is situated on the shores of Lower St. Regis Lake surrounded by 14,000 acres of college-owned land. Don’t believe us? Check it out yourself. Opportunity awaits; step outside the typical classroom to live, learn, and play in our expansive wilderness.
