New study sheds light on Lyme disease in the North Country

“It is no secret Lyme disease is moving and making its way into the North Country,” says Lauren Rosenthal of North Country Public Radio. “The number of reported cases has grown and more people seem to be getting sick. But until now, health officials weren’t sure just how big of a risk people face in St. Lawrence County, considering its size and location. A new study by Paul Smith’s College may provide some answers.”
