Health Records

Inactive student health records are retained for seven years from the term they went inactive. They will be destroyed within 90 days of reaching the seven-year mark.

To obtain health records after leaving Paul Smith’s College, a release of information form must be completed and emailed to HealthServices@paulsmiths.edu.
